Mytouch Slide 3g Back button is not working?

[MizJennaX]

Everything works now but my back Button does not work at all?
Anyone know why this is or how to fix it?
I just did a factory hard reset cause my phone was all messed up.
thanks

Usually when a physical button becomes unresponsive, it is a hardware problem. You may need to take it back to the store for a warranty replacement.
