the software update came to my phone, clicked ok, downloaded to 84% restared itself now stuck on tmobile screen, took it to tmobile store, they told me software not there, still stuck on white screen with tmobile/mytouch4g logo even when I take battery off and restart. I tried factory reset (hardware-using power/volume buttons) not helping either, same screen on. Please help!!!!!
