hey my phon is nt take recovery mode by pressing 't' and power batton.....what should i do???plz reply...

Some phones cant go to recovery with T+power .You will need to install a pre-rooted ROM for root privileges

I dont understand this. Im from belgium and have an azerty keyboard, do i need to download or do something special?

Yes default keyboard is usually qwerty .

I dont have GB intalled, but i want to install Arkas 0.620 would this also change the keyboard to qwerty?
