Help n00b to Android here. Just rooted. How do i....?

I was able to get root without any issues. How do I go about removing all the bloatware that verizon has installed on the phone. I already have the wireless tether and working perfectly.

Thanks for any advice you can give me. If I have to install a Rom I am ok with that but I want a very minimal Rom.

I would avoid removing and instead freeze the bloat with titanium backup. Removing stuff can get you in trouble.
