Root N7 split screening

I'm about to get a Nexus 7 and I wanted to check if it did everything I needed first, then I learned that it didn't have flash and it couldn't split screen. After a little research I learned rooting could do this and lots of different people telling me how to root, but I can't find anywhere how I would go about getting flash or a split screening app after the rooting process, anyone that could tell me how to take advantage of the root after I do it would be really helpful. Also, could I do the same thing to my Samsung Galaxy Ace?
 
Thanks! I'm sure you can get the split screen, as someone told me they did it, i just had no idea how to download any of the apps, thanks for the Flash one though.
