The motherboard on my Note 1 is not working correctly. The fault is irreparable. I have purchased a new motherboard from China.
So far so good. I am waiting for it to arrive by mail.
I am having the "what ifs" about the new motherboard. The advertizement say it is a direct replacement for the original Samsung N7000 motherboard. But knowing my luck it will not be without troubles.
My main worry is that this motherboard will come with no pre-loaded programmes and then I will have to try to get it operational by somehow downloading programmes.
My main question is does anybody have experience changing a motherboard on any android phone especially a Note n7000.
Will it be just simply placing the new board in the frame and hitting the start button.
I am not very tech savvy and I am a little worried that the new motherboard will be just another moderately expensive extra.
All help will be welcome.
