Hi guys
i am writing this after exhausting all the options , which i can think of.
i am having samsung galaxy note 2 , GT N7100 , INDIA version.
its almost 2 year old , i have take very good care of the phone & it was working all fine.
but last week , i dint have the charger so i asked my frind & he gave a USB cable with hub attached.
the phone charged perfectly & was working fine while i went to sleep.
after i woke up there was only the boot logo of samsung.
I HAVE NEVER ROOTED OR ANYTHING.
ONLY DID UPDATEING THAT TOO SAMSUNG OFFICIAL OTA , NOT BY ANY OTHER MEANS.
THAT TOO FAR LONG BACK , NOT DONE ANY UPDATE RECENTLY.
i tried restarting , but dint worked.
i went to recovery mode , but i all i see is
everything in red ----

i had tried wiping cache & factory reset but nothing much happens.
i downloaded this file from samsung updated.com .INU version.
N7100XXUFNL1_N7100ODDFNI1_N7100DDUFND1_HOME.tar
then i tried with external storage , but still doesnt work.

then i tried through KIES software (both kies & kies 3.0)
phone was not able to connect
so i tried through FIRMWARE UPGRADE & INITIALIZATION
entered my model number & S/N.
after complete downloading , it says it cant locate the phone.
then i downloaded ODIN.
phone in handset mode says -

went into downlaod mode by - vol down+power+home
copied the same file - N7100XXUFNL1_N7100ODDFNI1_N7100DDUFND1_HOME.tar in PDA.
but it failed eveytime.
tried on 7 laptops , 14 cables .also tried changing the directory of tar file in laptop.
