Nam-gear??

has anybody heard of a NAM-GEAR G40C? does it have 3g because all I seem to get is 'E' showing for the internet. also need settings for voda pay monthly. thanks
 
E means that you are only capable of Emergency calls only. I'd say your phone isn't properly set up. Can you take it to your service provider and have them flash it?
