Two Questions:
1. What App are you using for messaging?
2. Dow it display that way on your phone, or the recipients phone?
Sounds like you oir the recipient possibly have your name set to ICE in their contacts. Should be a pretty simple fix.

But seriously, lol, how many of you KNOW that if involved in an accident and you are incapacitated in any way, the emergency workers will at some point check your cell phone if you have one and look for a contact of "ICE".

Meh...they can figure it out and call "home"

Home... well many people live alone and or might prefer someone else to be called. Lol...
It's all ok, just put the person you would MOST want to be contacted in the event of an emergency into the "ICE" contact. Put as much info as possible. You could put some pertinent information (Diabetic, Heart, etc.) too if you like in notes, but there's no assurance they will check that, just the phone number.

Lol, I know. For a lot of people, it's a good thing. But for me, it's just not necessary.
They could call any one of the contacts on my phone and get someone who I would love to have called in an emergency lol. I've only got a dozen or so
