Help Nav volume

Has anyone else had a problem with the google nav volume being WAYYY too loud? I have spotify running over my cars bluetooth and when I am using nav, I have to turn my music way down, almost to the point I can't even hear it, otherwise the nav voice about blows my speakers because it is at least twice as loud. If I turn the media volume on the phone down, music and nav both go down together. Turn media volume up, music and nav both go up together. I never understood why they put media and nav together when it was separate in the early days of android. Is there an app that will separate the nav volume?
 
No one else has experienced this? I have a hard time believing my phone is the only one that the navigation volume is a thousand times louder than everything else.

Does anyone at least know of an app that will separate nav volume???
