I am not sure I understand your question. If you are talking about the Google navigation app, you simply open it and enter the address you want to navigate to, provided you have the GPS turned on. If it is a carrier based Navigation app, then you might have to contact the carrier or hook up with other who have the same phone in the appropriate Galaxy S forum.
