if So which application runs these maps? or do I have to get an application to run these maps?

How 2 load these maps on to the sd card?

I don't have an answer to your question, but I assume you're trying to get offline maps? If so, Google Maps "sort of" have a way of storing maps for offline usage, it's quite annoying though. Make sure you have the latest Maps app; enable "Download map area" under Labs option; with internet connection, tap a point on the map, and select "download map area" from the menu; it will download 20 miles within that point you selected. If 20 miles isn't enough for you, you can repeat the steps and download more maps. The maps that are downloaded can now be viewed in detail, offline. The only drawback about this is the maps are only stored for 30 days. After these 30 days, you'll have to redownload the area you want.

Hopefully this is helpful for those who need the offline maps.

I've installed Sygic: GPS Navigation and downloaded a couple of maps thrue the, automatic installed, Sygic Downloader (Here you can choose wich maps you want to download etc).
But i can't find an .ipa file on my phone.
My maps are folders that contains textures, .2DC,.cam, .dbp files
So i don't thing .ipa file will work (:
