Navigon Software

Hi
Have just purchased a Samsung Galaxy s2 mobile. Beautiful phone and comes with the Navigon app. The map files are already on the SD card but the program is not. Using the Navigon app I have downloaded the program software but it keeps asking me to download files even though I have already downloaded the software. It wont let me go to the install screen. Has anyone else had this problem
