Navionics Help Needed, Please

Here is a copy of an email I sent to Navionics. I just called them at their USA office and it turns out that the USA office is basically a joke. All they do is send an email to the office in Italy. LOL. Pathetic, no? Anyway... I figure I'll have better luck here.

Android 2.2
LG Optimus M

Issue:
First install try: APP would install then upon agreeing to terms, the screen would go black and the phone would lock up.
I got the APP uninstalled and then

Here's the answer I got back:

Naturally, I had found these instructions and done them to no avail (several times)... I'm going to try it AGAIN... and update the process as it goes...

It makes it to the Downloading (the longest step in the process) and then... "Verifying" and then the "Starting unzipping.. please wait" and then "Unzipping"... and then the screen goes white (the bar at the top stays (the battery life, signal, etc.)... still white... hmmm... how long should it stay white... I'll go eat lunch and see what it does... Nope. White Screen...
Force close, then open and now "ok" to terms and Black Screen...

Ugh.

You need to fix it, Pete.

Sorry, had to do it! I bring nothing to this thread, just really hope you get this resolved, doesn't look like a cheap app. Maybe ask them to send you the apk fine in an email and you can then try sideloading it from your PC?

So far all I got back was that first canned response. And no, as apps go, it wasn't cheap. Hopefully it'll get resolved. I'm sure I can dispute the charges with my credit card if need be, but I'd much prefer to get it working...

Pete
