hey guys i was wondering if i can use my $30 ne2 discount on the fascinate at costco or bestbuy? thanks for the help
 
Sometimes you can get the Verizon partner to match the NE2 discount but this is not typically the norm. Typically this requires both good negotiating skills and being in the right place at the right time.
 
It is standard practice to get the NE2 discount at these places. Online retailers like amazon and places like walmart, bestbuy will honor the NE2 upgrade price. Have went through walmart couple times to upgrade because the rebate is instant
