Need a bit of help with a simple phone....

Ok, here's my quandry: My mom has on Verizon a crappy slider type phone, which she's not big on, but has no interest in full on smartphones, plus, I need to use her upgrade later this year so I can get a new phone without losing my unlimited data via the "dumbphone to smartphone then switch the smartphone to the unlimited data line" trick. Even if I was to pay retail for one of the more simple touchscreen phones I've seen for verizon, they're all costing 2-300 bucks. So, my question is, is there a decent, simply touchscreen phone, Android or not, that could be used on Verizon by my mom, but obviously NOT cost more than say, 100 bucks. Any help is appreciated, thank you. Again, a simple touchscreen based phone, don't care if its Android or note, BUT it can't be one that needs a data plan AT ALL.

Back when I was on big red, "LG Chocolate Touch" was a real good touch screen non smart phone. No data plan required either :)

That's one I highly recommend you look for.

It should be no more than $100 if that.

I had a Dare before my HTC Incredible (which I still have). It was a fine phone. Of course not as full featured as the Android ones, but you could do quite a bit on it

Some good ideas, by all means, keep em coming. Again, basic touchscreen style phone that doesn't require a data plan, if you think of any others, sound off on it. :)
