Need a developer for camera based application. 50/50

Hello,
My name is Matthew Mulligan. I am a machinist and an artist. I believe that I have an idea for a very helpful and needed application. I am an android user, but i would imagine an ios version would be just as profitable. i would just like an android version personally.
I basically need an app that has an "eyedropper" tool, like in a paint program. There is obviously more to it than that, but I do expect to make (and share) a profit with this app.
I do not wish to divulge the full idea, I hope the reasons are understood.
I am by no means "programming literate". I just come up with ideas. I need someone to do the "fun stuff" for me. I cannot offer payment for services rendered. I can only offer a 50/50 split of profits from however we decide to proceed. whether it be Google Play, or selling it outright to some larger entity.

Why do people think ideas are worth so much they wont put them on forums so we can read them before we decide to help or not?

It's a bug bear of mine, but ideas are not worth ANYTHING and their is no such thing as a get rich quick scheme. PM me your idea but keep it in mind, ideas are worth nothing, Implementation makes money.
