need a fm radio app

Had a great fm radio app on my DX, but now that I had the maxx, I need a new one.
Tried the one by sutton shin, but it won't launch.

FM features disabled, IIRC.

You'll need something like tunein

tunein only has preset stations. I want to be able to pick the stations in my local area, like you would on a real radio.

It only has preset stations.
It doesn't have a manual dial, unless I'm looking in the wrong spot.

iheartradio works well for me but it only covers Clear Channel stations.

In my area, tunein has all of my local stations in a list format. Is that not the case for you? Why do you need a dial?

Because there are stations in my area that I want to listen to that aren't on the list of presets.
One station is listed, but when you click on it, the radio takes you to another station in another city.

I used to use my phone at the health club - you can tune into radio frequencies to listen to the audio of the TVs. Those won't show up since they aren't technically radio stations.
