Root Need a link to one-click root

Hi guys! I'm new here. I've finally got the guts to try and root my Precedent (from Straight Talk) and I've been googling here and there, and have found that a one-click root exists for my phone.
However, all the links I've tried are broken. Can anyone please give me a working one?

For some reason, when I try to extract it says "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged" ):

I just downloaded it from the American mirror, opened it (default Windows - no zip program) and extracted all 7 files in a few seconds.

Try downloading it again.
