Root Need a little help

I been trying to return to return to stock for a while now and I'm completely confused can somebody give me an step by step on how to do so

Easy way,

1. download this: 2012-12-24.05.22.18 - Download - 4shared

2. Extract and copy folder to clockworkmod/backup in sdcard

3. Reboot to CWM

4. Backup And restore

5. Restore / choose the folder you've just copied.

6. restart phone when done.

And now you're back to stock

do I make a new folder? that's where I get lost

Nope, there's already a folder inside the zip.
Just place that folder in clockworkmod/backup
