Need a tablet for emulation!

[retrogamer42]

I'm working with a $300 budget

I need a tablet that

A) Has HDMI
B) Can run N64 games as smoothly as possible
C) Can connect to bluetooth controllers (like PS4)

Suggestions?

Can anybody at least recommend a HDMI tablet that is highly powered, and should handle such tasks
