need an app for blocking txt and calls

Hi I am in despite need of an app that blocks calls and text without letting me know they have been blocked as all I have tried have let me know and it really just defeats the purpose of blocking them, I have a Sony xperia z if that helps and I hope people can help me out

Black List (the one by Ant Tek). Your choice what it does with blocked calls, including not ringing the phone and ignoring the call. (A recording like "Sorry, the person who owns this phone has more important things to do than answer your spam calls - like watch grass grow" would be nice.)
