Root need an update file created for a specific file

As the topic states i was wondering if anyone here could create an update zip that will replace a specific file. i have a copy of the original file that needs to overwrite my existing one. My phone is the one touch fierce from metro pcs. my problem is that the phone will boot all the way to the metropcs screen but no further. i modded the file using root explorer. the name and location of the file is "ProjectConfig.mk" located in ----system/data/misc/ProjectConfig.mk-------
i edited some stuff in it so i know that's my problem because i messed with nothing else.

i have tried to attempt this myself but do not have the necessary skills to perform what i am asking at this time.

the reason i am asking for an update zip is because i can get the phone into recovery and am able to apply updates via adb terminal

i have attaching a zip with the original file in it.

Are you asking for exactly what you posted to be put into a zip?

In that case, on a Windows PC, install 7Zip. Copy the text from your post and paste it into a program like Edit Plus, that can do Unix line endings. (And set it to do Unix line endings.) Save the file as whatever name you like. Right-click that file, go to 7zip, go to Add to archive... and click. Set 7zip to create a zip file (top-left), and save it. You'll have your zip file.

If you're asking someone to rewrite what you posted, that's a different story, and it''ll take someone who has a Fierce and can adb pull the original file from his phone.

sorry about the text i edited it out of there for convenience and atached a zip with the file i need in it. yes i was wondering if anyone would now how to create a zip that will update this file in my phone. i am going to try what you just suggested. also my brother has the exact same phone. but like i said i cant get into the jelly bean to enable usb debug. the phones recovery has adb sideload that only allows zip files to be installed. i have tried some of the more simpler methods but nothing. it always says instillation aborted.

*Edit* i just reread what u wrote. i know how to create a zip. the problem is the update file i need has to be in zip format for the phone to install it. the original file is now attached to my first post. i was wondering if someone could create a zip that will update this file.

I've never done it, but I believe titanium backup can make an update.zip file. Perhaps you can Google it.
