Need Android App To Refresh Page Every 10 Seconds

I have a program running where I get my jobs for work. The program only refreshes (looks for jobs) every minute. I need an app that will refresh it every 10 seconds. Usually when a job comes up and I click on it someone else gets it before me. They must sit there and keep clicking the mouse and refreshing the page. I have an add on for Firefox that will do this but have not found one for my Android Tablet. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What device are you using and what version of Android?
What app are you using that you are asking about?

Try the Firefox browser for Android in the Play Store and get the add- on. The add-on isn't in the Play Store though.
