Need app recommendation for kids chores

So, I'm trying to find an app where I can keep track of my kids chores. But what I'm looking for that I can't find in an app yet is I want to put all my kids in the app. Then I want to put all the chores in the app. I want the app to daily or weekly, depending on the chore, change who's its assigned to, so then all the chores get done and it is always fair.

I'm trying it now. I created a task called Vacuum downstairs and told it to rotate which I would think that means rotate between the kids, but it assigned the chore to all 3 kids.
