My RCA tablet model # rct6s03w13h1 is not allowing for me to put in the previous Google account and when I do try it tells me that an unexpected error occured and that I have to wait for 24 hours is there anything or anyone who can help me solve this problem please

So is there anyone else who might be able to give me some other tips on how to get my issue taken care of with my tablet

huh does it give an error code? i have never had an issue. just curious was this tablet reset? is it brand new?

edit: have you tried logging in to your acct in a web browser?

I got it from a previous owner and I had to reset it and from there it's not allowing me to get pass the google sign in

ok so it will depend on how the device was originally wiped. if it tripped FRP (factory reset protection) then you will need to enter the previous owners google acct info. though it seems weird that you would get the "unexpected error" rather then the popup for google acct verification. i would still see if you can get their info and try that. once in you can go into the tablet and do a factory reset within the tablet's settings. this will not trip frp, and all you will need to do is enter your acct info and you will be all set.

The "wait 24 hours" sounds like Factory Reset Protection to me.

So let's be clear: you got it from a previous owner and reset it. Had you set up your account on it before you reset it, or did you reset it before using it? If the latter then it's almost certainly the previous owner's Google account that's needed to unlock it. The trick in that case is to get the previous owner to provide the information to unlock it, then remove any Google account from it before resetting. After that it will be completely clear and you can then set up your account as you want.

The previous owner didn't change their password shortly before or after giving it to you? That combination, password change and reset happening close together, is regarded as suspicious by the system and so will lock out for longer. Though by now you should be out of the time-out period even so.

This is what it tells me when I put in the previous owners google account or even my own account

Okay, thanks.

A quick search shows many people having the same problem, but few solutions.

Are you 100% sure you're entering the previous owner's info correctly? If so, can you check with them to see if they changed their password after giving you the phone?

Have you tried getting help via the links @ocnbrze provided? That's what I'd do.
