Root Need backup of modem partition

I'm trying to help someone who accidentally deleted their modem partition. If someone could help by posting a copy then we might be able to get it fixed.

adb pull /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/modem

i got an error msg "not a file or directory" LOL

getting it with this instead..

dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p3 of=/sdcard/boot.img

than can mount and flash as you would a boot.img? i hope lol
