Hi and welcome to Android Forums!

If you are referring to a lost PIN, Android does not support backups for security purposes. If you forget your PIN, you may be able to try and access the phone with the Gmail address and password... otherwise a data wipe / factory reset will be your only recourse. Factory reset will delete all user data (remove the SD card first to protect that information) and restore the device to like-new condition. Good luck.
