I am looking for a developer (preferably in the DC/VA/MD area) to partner with on an idea I have for an app. We can work together all the way through from start to finish and, if there are any profits, split that equally.
If you would prefer to get paid up front, I a willing to do that, but it wouldn't be a huge amount and there would be no future revenue if the idea takes off.
I will provide the back-end and business support: the idea, the data and details, the licensing and a contract for us to both be protected and have piece of mind.
