I would love to help! I have made ROMs many time and had experience porting and rooting. I actually did the impossible: Port MIUI to the LG Ally. And all of my work is done on Android Central if you where wondering.

I have already tried the wipe laf method and i cannot access fastboot after doing so i assuming something is rewriting the partition on reboot u have any info on this @rcunningham ??
Hold the volume key while the Ultimate 2 is plugged into the PC. Or try using ADB to get into fastboot. I am sure the test phone Viewpoint Technologies used was flashed with some other LG L70 firmware. I hate tracfone because they take all the fun out of flashing ROMs and updating the android version. They even removed download mode.

I did... I have a replacment comming in the mail because I tried the wrong thing. So I have been testing LG L70 methods and stuff like that by asking people to test them. I use my memory to try to put together stuff I know. I wish I had the phone right now. So sick of that slow Droid X running KitKat. I can see why you would ask if I had it. Because it did not work. If TracFone did not remove download mode we would have like 20 ROMs for this phone by now.
