Need help. Can anyone explain this google play service? Why google play service under spotify service

i do not see it as "under" spotify, it is just part of the process list in which both spotify and google play services are listed.

Yep - everything with a xxMB to the right is a separate entity on the list

You can read through a basic explanation of the Google Play Services app on its Play Store page. If you look at the app's Permissions, it's more a matter if there isn't anything in your phone it doesn't have access to.
