Help Need good vibrations

Hello forum! New to phandroid and android phones. Two questions...
1) Got an ATT Samsung Rugby Pro a month ago and absolutely love it... but I need a phone with a stronger ring vibration and can't seem to find a way to enhance it. Have given it to my son for now and am looking for any recommendations for the ATT Android phone with the strongest vibrate mode. Only care about incoming calls and texts. A good app that would fix the Rugby Pro would be a great tip as well.
2) Not allowed to have camera phones where I work and I am not necessarily into a phone for the camera capability. Anyone know if the phone operating software can actually be removed on any of the Android phones (vice just turned off)?

You may be able to remove the camera software, but it will require root. If that's the up most importance than you may be better off with a BB which can be had without a camera.

already went to sound and I thin kin English it is Vibration intensity.

You can choose the power of it, and you can customized it.

I do think also that the vibration is not that powerful (not as much as my HTC desire).

I don't think any app would make the vibration higher as this is something mecanicaland might have a maximum it can run..

for the camera, I guess that would need to get a root access.
