First, it is next to impossible to actually delete a Facebook account.

Second, you would have had to unlink your MiniClip game/account from Facebook before you deleted the account.

Most likely, your Facebook account is only deactivated, and if you log in you may be able to unlink your MiniClip account.

I am not sure, but the 8-Ball game with an app may or may not relate enough with the Facebook version for anything game related to transfer.
