Hi,
First, This is my first post in this forum. happy!
There is something I can not totally understand about android:minSdkVersion="x".
I'm new in android development and I'm reading Wrox Professional Android 4 Application Development.
In chapter 6 there is a sample project earthquake. ( I know this publisher has own forum, but seems forum is completely dead).
In downloaded sample code from website there is not android:minSdkVersion="x".
I compiled that source it work nice, my code compile but not work in emulator, I delete my android:minSdkVersion="11" and run time error persist, finally my code will run with android:minSdkVersion="9",
in book (ch6) there is some thread stuff (not in book source code!), after adding thread to my code i got error android:minSdkVersion must be 11!
now with 11 I got runtime error, and with 9 I got compile time error!
I forget about thread and I'll continue the book.
What should I do in these sort of problems?
