So I've never actually had to activate my previous phones since I've always purchased at the MetroPCS store and had them activate my phones. This time I ordered the zmax pro and having trouble activating it online. I enter the IMEI and the SIM serial # and select my plan that I've always had ($40). When I get to the review page, I get an error message something along the line "Please change plan/service to enable the Finish button."
Also, do I install my old sim card from my zmax to the new zmax Pro or install the sim card that came with the Pro? Neither of the sim cards seem to fit in the zmax pro sim card tray.
