Earlier today I had some trouble with my brand new Samsung Galaxy Core Prime and I got help here that worked but however, the problem is back. My instagram notifications do not come in on my status bar. If I restart my phone then all the notifications come in on the status bar and continue to come in regularly until I open the app. This makes them stop again. I've checked my notification settings in both my phone's settings and instagram's settings. Everything is on so that isn't it. I've cleared data and cache and uninstall/reinstalled a few times. Those did not fix the issue. The problem was temporarily fixed earlier when I was told to uninstall a Mobile Secruity app. How can I fix the issue now? What is the source?
