Anyways I tried uninstalling Kies3 and installing the developer usb drivers and it worked no pit file or anything. I now have 6.0.1. Gonna try if the mic is still doing that, maybe it was the root or something, will be back for the finishing post.

So after setting everything yes, the phone is doing fine in 6.0.1, can use my country sim card and the 4g/LTE without issues, except for the mic thing. Thanks a lot for the help and patiente @ExLegionAir and holding my my hand through the process :D. About the mic ill just have to get it checked with a technician or something, i doubt this guy is gonna refund me anyways, and besides the phone is still an S5, part of my worries was that it was a fake or another older model, masked with the rooting.

EDIT if anyone cares... the mic problem is mostlikely something rubbing against the mic, i took a needle and gently pressed it inside the mic whole, and the sound got a bit better, and only sounds badly when i "shake it". So Im kinda thinking its just that something thats loose rubbing the mic.

Your welcome no problem the mic is probly hardware
