Help Need help backing up phone

Trying to back up my phone wirelessly, but I can't figure out how.

I'm using Android Manager wifi, and my phone won't connect to my computer. Does anyone know any way I can backup my apps, contacts, text messages, and files wirelessly online somehow so I can upgrade my phone?

What I did was get the Titanium pro application and root the phone (but you can't do that wirelessly), and then do a backup to the SD card. Al lot of folks reccomend using both Titanium and MyBackupPro, which I did.

Will the stuff on the internal SD card not get touched by the upgrade? I don't have an external one...

It shouldn't, but I'd copy it off to your PC or a flash drive just in case. You'll need to be connected to the compter via the cable to do this, but you'll need to do that in order to apply the upgrade anyway, as it's not available over the air yet.
