This may not be an android specific problem, but anyways I'm really worried because I just got my latest Telus bill online, and my girlfriends phone (rooted LG Optimus One) went over on her local airtime by a small amount, which she never even comes close to and there is 41 minutes worth of outgoing calls listed as 800 CALL CL. Most of them 1, 2 or 3 minutes. These calls were not made from this phone at all, and shes been getting text messages from Collect2Cell saying that she owes $12.80 blah blah make a payment online. Getting final notice saying that its going to collections. I put root call blocker on the phone and blocked the text messages before noticing the extra phantom calls on the bill. No idea what is going on. Any advice would be appreciated. I already emailed Telus to see if they could help. Thanks.

Maybe without you knowing she's been using a pre paid phone card to make phone calls and the free phone number you have to dial before dialing the number you want to ring is charging her?

Update: still don't know what is going on. She wasn't using any prepaid cards or anything and didn't answer the calls or texts from these guys. I emailed telus and they have forwarded my issue to the fraud depth and I should hear back soon. Any other thoughts are still appreciated.
