Root Need Help [Bootlooped]

Im kinda a new at rooting and flashes and rom's and all that this is going be the only smart phone I have and its pretty much brand new, I recently rooted it and Im kinda regretting it and idk what I did it just put me in a boot loop I used Pwnage Tool for the LG Spectrum 4G to root my phone and I installed ROM Manager and made a recovery thing and put it into recovery mode and it just said a thing like "we meet again" and It just froze and I had nothing else to do but shut it down and start it back up then it went into a boot loop. I do not have CWM Recovery Installed. And every time I try and do a hard reset I get to the part where it says waiting for activation and when that happens it reboots my phone. if you can help me that would be much appreciated :)

Well, first off, you should not have flashed CWM, the pwnage tool handles that for you if you unlock the phone. If you don't unlock the phone, then you can't install CWM anyways. You were at the Fastboot menu. You don't sound like the sort of person that would be able to use the fastboot method, so I'm just going to point you at this.

If you have issues running this, come ask. The part about checking debugging can be skipped and you already have the drivers installed if you got root and adb to work.
 
Double check your drivers and re-install them if need be. Also, double check that your cord is not on a USB hub and that you have a solid connection. Skip using one of those cheap aftermarket cables if at all possible and ideally use the cord that came with the Spectrum. Best advice I can give you right now.
