need help changing bottom dock shortcuts

Hello! Would someone be so kind to explain how to change the apps on the very bottom dock? I accidently put vcast music there...needless to say I don't use that app! Many thanks!

Open up the apps shortcut. Make sure they are in icon form and not list form.

Drag whatever icon you need and it will bring you back to the main screen, place it over the VCast.
