need help clearing default

I installed magicjack and i have the default set to magicjack when i hit the handset icon on the lower left, however, i cannot set it when i view a contact and then select a number to call. i had it set before to magicjack, and somehow, the phone app got defaulted here. when viewing apps in settings, i do not have the option to clear defaults in the phone app. i tried reinstalling magicjack, i tried clearing every other default in any program that has anything to do with phones or calling. clearing the magicjack or the contacts defaults will clear the default when selecting the phone handset icon on the lower left, but nothing will clear the default mentioned above. please help! my email address is jay8877 and that is at live not hotmail incase u want to contact me for any reason.
