Hey everyone. I need a bit of help deciding on a new phone. I currently have a Droid X, but it recently drowned, so I'm in need of an upgrade. I've read a ton of reviews on all of the phones, but I'm still completely torn.
I'm a graduate student, so I want something that is easy to check my email on. I also want something with a nice, sharp display and a decent camera. I don't do a whole lot of other stuff besides play games, facebook, and some occasional web surfing. I would like to get more use out of it than my X though.
My X was rooted (through an app in the market - a simple "one click" root). But I do plan to root my new phone as well. The fact that you can't remove the battery on the Razr scares me because of this. However, I like the thinness of it.
I know I'll be able to make a better decision once I go into Verizon and actually check out the phones in person, but if I could get some recommendations before hand that would be wonderful! Thanks.
