Need help finding a phone please.

I am looking for an android phone with specific features in mind but so far have had no luck. I am planning to use this on Straight Talk.

OS: Android 2.2 or better
Quad Band: GSM850/900/1800/1900MHZ 3G
Screen: 5.0 inch high definition capacitive touch screen, WVGA, 480*800
WIFI: 802.11b/g wireless internet
GPS
Bluetooth A2DP
Digital TV or no TV as analog TV is useless in the US

Any other features on the phone are just gravy but the features listed are key to what I want.

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

Hello, sorry it's taken a while to get you a response.

AFAIK, the only phones with a screen that size are the Dell Streak & the Galaxy Note. Do either of those meet the other spec or is size something you're willing to compromise on?
