Root Need help fixing HTC One S

I've looked through various forums and topics but haven't been able to solve the problem. I tried rooting my phone to install CyanogenMod and got as far as installing TWRP and making a backup. Once I tried installing CM, I hit an error and now can't get into recovery to reload the backup. So currently my phone is in limbo.

I've tried flashing different TWRP recoveries but none of them work. And I've tried "erase cache" before and after but it still won't load into any TWRP version. (Have tried 2.3.3.0 and 2.5.0.0 as these were both mentioned as the most likely to work, I think it was 2.5.0.0 I had working once.)

I have also tried running an RUU as it was mentioned it might help, but again I couldn't find one that exactly matched my phone; details below;

If anyone can give me step by step instructions to fixing this, I would really appreciate it. I've read through countless instructions but none of them have been successful for me yet.
