Root need help getting stock recovery back

I need to know if and how i can get back to the stock recovery software on my touch 3g with 3.5 mm jack. I rooted using universal androot, and was using rom manager so i flashed clockwork mod recovery. I mainly rooted for froyo but was disappointed in the performance on my phone. Now the OTA update is available for me, but clockwork mod recovery blocks it from applying. I just want to know if I can flash the stock recovery and where I can find the files and how. I know I am asking for a lot of information, but I am still pretty new to rooting on android. Thank you in advance for your help and time.
