Root Need Help! Have Read posts but can't get it to work

I really would like to Root my AT&T Galaxy SII SkyRocket but I have not been able to yet. I have read the posts and have tried them but nothing has worked so far. I obviously have a SkyRocket that has ICS on it but I also have a Macbook Pro. I have tried the Easy Root.zip but it was not successful. I have even tried a friends Windows PC and nothing seems to work. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks.
