Apps Need help here regarding some profile issue

Hey there,
Just a new user to this forum. So, I don't know where to ask my question exactly but this post looks quite hot with active users.
So can anyone tell me "Step by step process of how to create a Google play store profile? Similar to Adda247 & Edurev"?
When you visit their apps in play store you can see there's a new profile page when we click on there Brand name.

Just curious to know, did they do that process by themselves or Play Store did that on their behalf??

Please do let me know about this if you know anything.

Their profile links - can be found by search their name - EduRev & Adda247 on Google Play Store & then clicking on their brand name.

why not just use the play development support? they have a chat you can talk ("type") with. their support teams are really good. i have chatted with them about some of their different products.
