Hey guys...I need some possible help...I rooted my tribute with kingo and it was fine then I decided to "delete" some bloat ware. Settings at this point wouldn't open giving me an error messege "unfortunately settings has stopped working"...I then did a hard restart by holding volume up and power at the same time...now nothing but a black screen...usb turned off and no back up on on titanium:( any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

You need to re-flash the original manufacturer's ROM for this phone, that's only way to get it going again. What exactly is a "Tribute", a Chinese brand? Might be more help you stated the make, model and Android version of your phone.

As Mike says, you need to reflash your ROM.

The problem is that you've deleted something important rather than just bloatware. My advice in future would be to take a nandroid backup before messing with system apps, but you need a custom recovery for that. If you don't have a custom recovery, stick to uninstalling updates to unwanted apps, clearing their data and disabling them - that has in practice the same effect as uninstalling but much less risk.
