need help I'll hire

hey everyone I'm new to this , and I have no developing skills.

I would like to learn but at this moment i just need help.


so to make a long story short

1) I paid to get an apple&android app developed with a in-app purchased for monthly subscribers

2) the app was delivered with flaws, users have been able to access the app for free
and this has caused me. I've been struggling to recover my investment.

3) I will like to hire someone to help me fix the flaws and lock up my apps to keep people
from stealing the apps information.


I am working on a budget.
I will like some one who has patience and understanding but also with a nice attitude.

I hope someone can relate to me and help me.

I can pitch in, how do you plan to take this forward? And how do you know that people are accessing your app for free? Note: I have some experience in Android, but 0 in iOS
